Mike Bartlett visits King Charles III rehearsals

We were delighted to welcome award-winning writer Mike Bartlett to LAMDA yesterday.

Mike won the Olivier Award for Best New Play in 2015, for King Charles III, which MFA Professional Acting and Production & Technical Arts students will be staging next month. He dropped into the rehearsal room, spending time with students and answering their questions about the play. 

MFA Professional Acting course leader and Director of King Charles III, Matt Wilde, said, “It was an incredibly insightful and illuminating afternoon. Mike was warm and generous as we explored his brilliant play giving the students invaluable advice and guidance. We’re so grateful for his time visiting us.”
