Tom Chandos

Tom is a Trustee of the Esmee Fairbairn Foundation and was its Chair from 2007-2013. The Foundation is a leading UK grant making foundation with an endowment of £1 billion, distributing grants of c£40 million per annum. 

Tom is also Chair of the Thomson Foundation, a long established international media development and training organisation for journalists, which has worked in 150 countries over the past fifty years.

He is Chairman of the Credit Services Association, a Trade association for the UK credit collection industry and of the Theseus Agency, a brand and franchise consultancy company. He is also a Director of RSMB Television Research Limited.  

Tom is also a Member (Labour) of House of Lords, where he is a member of the Economic Affairs Committee.
