Nathan Richardson is a high-achieving leader who has been a pioneer in fin-tech, ecommerce and digital transformation. He has considerable expertise with both public and private companies as an entrepreneur, executive and board member. In his career, he has taken Yahoo! Finance from a feature to a dominant market leader, led the launch and luxury positioning of both Gilt Man and Gilt City and was CEO of multiple companies in disruptive spaces that resulted in successful M&A transactions including The Points Guy to BankRate, Content Next Media to Guardian Media and TradeIt to TradingView, Inc.

In his current role, he serves as a Partner at Joffre Capital, a global private equity fund with investments across the digital and technology sector. Nathan sits on the Grindr Board of Directors serving as Chair of the Audit Committee. He is on the Board of Investing.com. Nathan was an Executive Vice President of Red Ventures, a private digital performance marketing company where he was brought in to run The Points Guy, a leading travel rewards business. Earlier in his career, he worked at Citigroup in Poland, South Africa and Saudi Arabia. He served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Senegal and Country Director of the International Rescue Committee in Libera.

Nathan has been recognized for his leadership by Institutional Investor ranking #1 in Online Finance, serving as a speaker on the mainstage at Money 20/20, The Treasury Summit, Ad Age and other leading industry events. In addition to serving on several private company boards and a public company board. Nathan has been on the Tech:NYC Leadership Council where he co-led the FinTech Working Group that led to successful lobbying for the CFPB issuing open banking principles. He has been on the Advisory Council of The Brookings Institution’s Center for Universal Education since their inception.
