The students and staff of a floundering drama school find themselves at the centre of a documentary aimed at salvaging the school's tarnished reputation.

As cameras roll, the students, each harbouring their own dreams and ambitions, and the staff, with their eccentric training methods, stumble through a series of comically dark, absurd, and surreal situations, both on and off the stage.
