Brittany Cope
Brittany Cope is a Canadian acting tutor and director. She holds an MFA in Actor Training and Coaching from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and is a graduate of The University of Windsor’s BFA Acting program. She has been teaching acting for over 20 years at institutions such as Kingston University, East 15, The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, Algonquin College and The University of Windsor as well as developed a drama program with The National Academy of Chinese Theatre Arts in Beijing, China. Her current research, which takes the principles of intimacy coordination and applies them to create a structure for practice to approach all actor training, was presented at the Theatre and Performance Research Association’s (TaPRA) conference as well as the ABCDE Conference (2021).
