Pathways: Partner Organisations
Find out more about working with us as a partner organisation.
Through our Pathways Programme, we work to create long-term, sustainable partnerships with selected schools, colleges and youth arts organisations in London and across the UK, particularly where there are high levels of social disadvantage and low rates of participation in higher education.
We target partners in strategic areas and offer practical workshops which build knowledge, experience and prepare young people for making their HE choices.
If you are a teacher or run a youth arts organisation and would like to get involved, find out more below.
Interested in partnering with us?
We work with state schools and youth arts organisations which have a high proportion of young people who meet at least one of the following criteria:
- Low household income
- From the Global Majority
- Identify as D/deaf, disabled or neurodivergent
- Care experienced or care leaver
- Inhabitants of areas where participation in Higher Education is low (POLAR 4, Quintile 1 and 2)
- Eligible for Pupil Premium/Free school meals

If the majority of the participants you support meet the criteria listed above, we would love to discuss a partnership with you. Get in touch with our AWP Team to set up a meeting.
How does LAMDA support Pathways Partners?
As a Pathways Partner, we are available to support you with various workshops delivered at your institution or at LAMDA, including:
- Introduction to Actor Training
- Introduction to Production and Technical Arts
- Audition Preparation
- Voice
- Movement
- Acting Technique
- Bespoke workshops on request
We also offer Pathways Partners places on LAMDA’s digital Pathways workshops, aimed at supporting the application journey to LAMDA.
Pathways Partners will also receive invites to LAMDA’s Introduction to Drama School Days which take place around the country in our regional hub locations. These days invite young people from the local area to take part in taster workshops, giving them an understanding of the training on offer at LAMDA, and opportunities to speak to current students and recent graduates about their experience training at LAMDA.
Introduction to Drama School Day in London
In January 2024, we welcomed young people from our Pathways partner organisations to explore actor training at drama school. Participants took part in acting, movement and voice workshops, and spoke to our current students and recent graduates about their experience training at LAMDA.
