Jane Anderson
Jane Anderson is a Casting Director with extensive knowledge of the UK industry. Though she has worked in casting since 2004, she began her career in production, working for three years across Feature films, Commercials and an Animation series.
Her casting had been exclusively in TV & Film, until in 2021 when she extended her repertoire into casting for stage. She is a member of the Casting Directors Guild of Great Britain and Ireland.
Having in the past worked extensively with young and graduating performers and offering support to many of those starting out, she joined LAMDA in 2023 to continue sharing her expertise and nurturing their graduating students.
She has extensive governance experience; in the Drama Conservatoire sector, two tenures on The Casting Directors’ Guild committee, and as a Trustee of 53Two Arts Venue, Manchester.
She relocated to the North West in 2014, works between London and Manchester and continues to cast the occasional project alongside her work at LAMDA.
