Costs vary depending on the type of pass you would like to book. Learn more about the passes available below. Please note that conference fees will apply for presenters.
If you can't attend in-person, a virtual conference pass is also available.
Early-Bird Registration Fees (until 4 June 2025):
- Presenter, reader or panel member: £125 (for faculty members, independent scholars and playwrights, unless also a graduate student)
(After early-bird offer: £145) - Graduate student & presenter, reader or panel member: £100 (applies to graduate students only)
(After early-bird offer: £110) - Chair: £80
(After early-bird offer: £90) - Attendee: £70
(After early-bird offer: £80) - Concessions: £40 (applies to students and those not in full-time employment)
(After early-bird offer: £50) - One-day guest passes [in-person only]: £30 (or £20 for students)
All conference passes (excluding the one-day pass) provide access to the full three-day conference.

What's included in your pass:
Please note, presenters of accepted papers are expected to attend the conference and are advised to apply for travel funds from their home institutions as early as possible.
Presenters are required to register by 4 June 2025.
The in-person pass covers all conference events and services, including the conference reception.
This provide access to the conference keynote, presentations, panels and roundtables. Publishers will have a presence at the conference, whereby attendees will have the opportunity to discuss publishing avenues for their work. The in-person pass will allow for attendees to have conversations with theatre scholars and practitioners, and to experience the rich cultural and artistic tapestry of London.
One-passes include conference admission only, inclusive of keynote speakers, papers, pre-organised panels, playwright and staged readings on the day of choice.
When booking your conference pass, please choose the correct day you would like to attend out of the ticket options available.
During the checkout process, those booking for the in-person conference will have the option to attend a performance of Giant, starring LAMDA alumnus John Lithgow, at the Harold Pinter Theatre in London.
The performance is on Wednesday 9 July 2025 at 7pm. Tickets will be £55, and can be booked in addition to your conference pass fee.
