To recognise the financial and ecological impact of travel, a virtual conference option will run through this 3-day conference.
Costs vary depending on the type of pass you would like to book. Learn more about the passes available below. Please note that conference fees will apply for presenters.
If you wish to attend in-person, an in-person conference pass is also available.
Early-Bird Registration Fees (until 4 June 2025):
- Presenter, chair or panel member: £50
(After early-bird offer: £60) - Virtual attendee: £40
(After early-bird offer: £50) - Concessions: £20 (applies to students and those not in full-time employment)
(After early-bird offer: £30)
Virtual participants will have access to all the virtual sessions.

What's included in your pass:
A virtual pass will provide access to all three days of the virtual conference. A one-day virtual pass is not available.
Presenters are required to register by 4 June 2025.
A virtual conference pass will provide access to viewing the event's livestream across all three days.
Please note that virtual attendees will only be able to watch the plenary and keynote events. As the virtual conference is designed to be viewed, attendees will not be able to actively engage in discussions.
